Justine Brooks Froelker, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (based on the research of Brené Brown) with a private practice in St. Louis, Missouri. For the last 16 years she has helped her clients achieve success in improving their quality of life, especially as it relates to the infertility and loss journey. Justine uses an authentic, straight-forward and non-shaming approach to create a safe space for her clients to address concerns, just as she does in her writings.
In addition to her private practice, Justine can be seen regularly on the St. Louis KMOV live midday show, Great Day St. Louis. She contributes to the monthly publication, St. Louis Health & Wellness Magazine, as an expert therapist and is often published on The Huffington Post. She is also currently updating her blog, Ever Upward, which can be found at. Justine launched her debut book Ever Upward: Overcoming the Lifelong Losses of Infertility to Define Your Own Happy Ending in April 2015 and her debut coloring journal Taking Flight in September 2015. Her latest book, The Mother of Second Chances, releases April 17th, 2017.
Justine holds a BA in Psychology from Truman State University and a Masters degree in Community Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is also a graduate of the Coach U Core Essentials Program, a program designed to coach clients on issues such as relationships, personal and professional development.
Justine lives in Saint Louis, Missouri with her husband Chad and their three dogs. She enjoys her childfull life by spending time with friends and family, practicing creative self-care, laughing (sometimes at herself) and building butterfly gardens on her acre of land, which has made her an accidental monarch and swallowtail butterfly farmer.
